Customer reaction to WildBlue's high-speed Internet via satellite has been overwhelmingly positive, especially in our area.

WildBlue manages this demand against capacity so that current customers’ experiences will be positive. So far, customer satisfaction is high--over 90 percent--and WildBlue and Marshall County REMC want to keep it that way.

Other providers overfill their capacity, which causes speeds to slow down for everyone and can lead to customer dissatisfaction. WildBlue won't do that. To make sure current customers continue to enjoy the level of service they have come to expect from WildBlue, Marshall County REMC is temporarily suspending installations in our area due to capacity constraints in the satellite beam that serves Indiana and the surrounding areas. However, WildBlue has allotted enough bandwidth so that all existing WildBlue customers will still have the ability to upgrade their package at any time.

Our partner WildBlue is making some technical upgrades, and we expect to resume customer installations as additional capacity becomes available. Please feel free to contact Dave Lewallen, Marshall County REMC WildBlue Sales Manager, with any questions or concerns.
